Terms of Use
These terms describe the intended use and limits of the current version of Mood Tracking.
The app and its provider
Mood Tracking is provided by Digi Craft Studio, a GST-registered sole proprietorship in India. Contact support@digicraftstudio.in or write to S-04, Regus, PPR Mall 5th Floor, Urban Estate Phase II, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001, India.
The app is a personal mood journal for recording Happy or Mood Off moments, reviewing History and Reports, using a home-screen widget and exporting a CSV. It is free to use, with no account, ads, purchases, subscriptions or developer-operated cloud sync. Read these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Wellbeing notice.
Who the app is for
Mood Tracking is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children.
Use and ownership
You may use the app for personal reflection on devices you are entitled to use, subject to applicable law and these terms. Rights in the app’s code, design and supplied materials remain with their respective owners.
Your journal remains your information. Using the app does not give us the right to publish it, sell it or use it in advertising. If you share an export, the recipient receives the copy you choose to send.
Do not use the app to unlawfully access another person’s device or journal, interfere with systems or infringe someone else’s rights. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you, including rights relating to interoperability or permitted examination of software.
Understanding your records
Counts and charts summarize the entries you record. Several taps on one day create several entries. A date without entries is missing information, not evidence of a particular mood. The app does not establish why you felt a certain way or assess your health.
Device clock and time-zone settings affect displayed dates and times. Accidental taps, incomplete records or device problems can affect a report. Do not rely on the app alone for a medical, safety or other important decision.
Wellbeing and urgent help
Mood Tracking is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not delay care or change treatment because of a count or chart.
Your journal is not monitored through the app. Mood Tracking does not detect crises, assess risk, send alerts or contact anyone on your behalf. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local support service directly.
Your device and your copies
Choose carefully who can access your device and exported files. The app uses local storage without an additional app lock or app-managed database encryption. Widget counts may be visible to someone using or viewing your home screen.
Deleting an entry cannot be undone in the app. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove the whole journal. There is no cloud recovery or CSV import/restore feature. An export is a readable copy, not a backup that this app can restore.
Exports contain all stored dates, including any older notes and tags. Deleting local data does not remove exports, screenshots or copies held elsewhere. Manage those copies separately.
External services and support
Android, Google Play, browsers, email apps and storage providers are separate services with their own terms. You choose whether to open the business website, export to a provider or send information to support.
For app or privacy questions, email support@digicraftstudio.in. The proprietor checks this mailbox regularly, but no particular response time or round-the-clock service is guaranteed. Support does not provide healthcare, counselling or emergency assistance.
Updates and stopping use
Features and supported devices may change in later versions. Review the release notes and privacy information when updating. These terms do not promise continuing support for a particular device or availability of future features.
You can stop using the app at any time. Before uninstalling or clearing its data, decide whether you want a readable export. Exported files remain separate and must be managed at their saved locations.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights.
Changes to these terms must be accompanied by any notice or agreement process required by applicable law. Questions can be sent to support@digicraftstudio.in.
These terms apply from the date they are first published at mood.digicraftstudio.in. Version prepared: 11 October 2026.
